After Bryan and Sammie arrived, we had dinner at the marina which was very pleasant. Next morning, we dropped the lines (well, they were untied from the various points by the staff of the marina) and we left.

We headed over to Castaway reef as the weather was calm and had a lovely swim and lunch, then went over to Mana island for the night.

Mana is lovely, but all too often they are filming Survivor here which can get in the way. Fortunately though, filming has finished for the season now, so the main resort is welcoming to visitors from boats. We had a wander through and had a couple of beers watching the tourists. It was enough to decide that it wasn’t the sort of holiday any of us would enjoy. We headed back to South Beach and ended up eating at the backpackers (where we’ve eaten before). It wasn’t as good this time, but the sunset was nice.

We’ve done some generator fettling with parts Bryan bought out, and also fixed our outside shower which is nice and oh-so-powerful! Hoping to fill some tanks today and maybe try a dive!
